  B.I.T Technical Response Centre

This fully manned centre provides Service Level orientated maintenance support for our fast expanding customer base during business hours.

We offer a standard annual support & maintenance agreement for all our products and services as well as extended support to tailor to our customers¨ unique requirements as described below:

Standard Coverage

Standard Support or knowledge support means that B.I.T will provide telephone assistance with respect to the Developed system, including:

a) Clarification of functions and features of the Developed system

b) Documentation clarification pertaining to the Developed system, if any

c) Guidance in the operation of the Developed system

d) Error verification, analysis and Correction by telephone.

Extended Coverage

Onsite Support or physical support means on-site technical trouble-shooting. B.I.T will provide Maintenance and Support at the Customer Site as required. In the event of overseas projects, Customer will reimburse B.I.T for all related traveling expenses and cost for board and lodging.

B.I.T standard hours of service are Monday through Friday. 9:00am to 5:00pm local time, except for holidays as observed by B.I.T. Customer may contract for expanded days and hours of service as agreed upon by B.I.T (optional).

IBM Informix Support

We are proud to be appointed as both the Value Added Reseller and First Level Technical Support for IBM Informix database users.

Customer Support Zone

We provide comprehensive online support contents in our Customer Support Zone. You can also request dedicated support by submit the Support Request Form.
